This page explains what Skycatcher LLC (“Skycatcher,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects through this website and what we do with it. It covers this website only.

What we collect

Browsing the site collects nothing. We do not use analytics, and the site sets no cookies of its own.

If you submit the contact form, we record the name, email address and message you provide, together with the IP address the submission came from and your browser's user-agent string. The IP address and user-agent are recorded to detect and deter automated abuse of the form.

How we use it

We use your submission to read your enquiry and respond to it. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising or send marketing email on the basis of it.

Who else handles it

Submissions are stored in a database operated on our behalf by Clockwork Labs, Inc. and delivered to us by email through Resend, Inc. The website itself is served through Vercel Inc. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and which sets its own cookies and browser storage.

Clockwork Labs is a Skycatcher portfolio company. It is listed among the investments shown on this website.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions that have been delivered to us are deleted automatically 90 days after they are received. A submission we failed to deliver is kept until we have acted on it, because it is then the only record of your enquiry.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to ops@skycatcher.xyz. Depending on where you live you may have further rights over your personal information, including under the GDPR or the CCPA.

Changes

If we change what we collect or how long we keep it, we will update this page and the date shown above.
